Cookies - *2 Dozen Minimum
All cookies are heat sealed to maintain freshness. Bags may be tied with ribbon for $3 to $5 per dozen.

Deposits , Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

- All custom orders of $60 or more are not considered placed nor confirmed until a 50% deposit is received. Deposit is refundable only if the order is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the agreed upon pickup/delivery date; if order is cancelled less than 7 days of the agreed upon pickup/delivery date, complete deposit is forfeit.
- The balance/ full payment on every order is due at least 24 hours before date of pickup or delivery, unless other arrangements have ben made in advance.
- Payments: You may pay with check, payable to Butter Sugar Bake, LLC; cash; or with PayPal at [email protected], PayPal fee applies.
- I reserve the right to cancel your order in the case of illness or family emergency, in which case you will receive a full refund.

1. Do you ship your products?
Sadly, no I do not ship my products. Per Texas Law, Legal Home Bakeries in Texas are not allowed to ship their products.
2. Do you make or use designs with Licensed Characters?
I do not make any designs that hold a Copyright; such as TV Shows or movie characters, etc. That is copyright infringement.
3. Is there a minimum for orders?
Yes, a minimum is required. See below.
- Cookies Minimum - 2 dozen
- Cupcakes Minimum - 1 dozen Regular or Jumbo (minimum of $30)
- Holiday Minimum (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) - 1 dozen Cookies , 1 dozen Cupcakes
4. What flavor are the cookies?
All cookies are flavored with vanilla extract.
